1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use 7jeta, you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet these criteria will result in immediate account termination without obligation to refund deposited funds where terms have been violated.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 7jeta enforces strict age verification procedures.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and associated balances forfeited.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or under any gambling restriction order applicable in your jurisdiction.

7jeta reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national identity card or passport) at any stage of the user relationship to comply with anti-money laundering and KYC obligations. Accounts that fail to provide adequate verification may be restricted or closed.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

7jeta facilitates deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are processed subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the platform, which may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and account verification. 7jeta aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours under normal circumstances. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fully met before a withdrawal can be approved.
• 7jeta is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network issues outside our control.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

7jeta offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements attached to each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the bonus-specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered users only and cannot be claimed more than once per household or IP address.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion expire within the period stated in the relevant offer details. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered at the required rollover rate before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• 7jeta reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if abuse is suspected.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or the provision of false information to claim bonuses, will result in permanent account suspension and the forfeiture of all associated balances.

Users may access and view content on 7jeta solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any scraping, mirroring, framing, or other unauthorised use of platform content for competitive or commercial purposes will be treated as a material breach of these terms and may result in legal proceedings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7jeta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

• 7jeta does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to its platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect platform availability.
• 7jeta shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunction, or browser incompatibilities on the user's end.
• In the event of a software or technical error that results in an incorrectly displayed game outcome or payout, 7jeta reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances accordingly.

Where 7jeta's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total cumulative liability in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In such cases, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 to 5 working days, provided there are no pending transactions or open bonus wagering cycles. 7jeta does not impose any penalty on users who choose to close their account in good standing.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall in the first instance be referred to 7jeta's customer support team for informal resolution.

• If informal resolution is not achieved, both parties agree that any unresolved matters shall be handled through binding arbitration, with proceedings conducted in English.
